The presence of species utilizing the property has been documented within a comprehensive Biological Habitat Assessment Report. The Report documents the presence or absence of the target species as well describing the species identified, and includes photographs of the habitat areas and drew conclusions concerning the potential use of the property by the target species. The Report included specific mitigation measures as may be necessary to protect the identified wildlife habitats.
